Painting the walls; It always seems easier than it really is. A lot of things can go wrong while painting walls and you probably experienced some of them. Avoid the most common mistakes while painting walls with the following easy tips.

Brush Marks

1. Paint smears and brush marks.

Nothing is more frustrating than finding out that you can still see the brush marks or paint smears from the roller after the paint dries. To prevent this issue, make sure you buy good quality brushes and rollers, and paint every wall continuously without unnecessary breaks.

Paint Bubbles

2. Air bubbles and drops.

In order to prevent bubbles and drops while painting walls, you will need to fix all the cracks and holes in the wall, flatten the surface, sand down the wall, and finally - clean the wall before applying the paint.

Paint Tape

3. Don’t get dry paint on your tape.

Everybody knows that you have to use tape to protect the ceiling, floor panels, wall frames etc. But, did you know that you don't need to wait too long in order to remove the tape? If you wait too long and remove the tape after the paint dries, there is a good chance that while pilling the tape you will also pill the paint off your wall.

Paint Splatter

4. Paint splatter on walls that didn’t need to be paint.

The most common issue that probably happened to everyone, you become confident while painting, you start working faster and oops, paint get splattered on the wall that didn't need to be painted! You can usually solve this problem by cleaning off the wet paint with a damp sponge or a wet paper-towel, remember to do it immediately before the paint dries.
